Management and Supervision
The company places a major emphasis on the management and supervision of all its contracts in order to ensure and maintain a consistently high standard of on-site services.

In assessing the specification for a premises, we will make provision within our quotation for our supervisor to be based at your premises wherever possible during cleaning hours to check upon the standards of work performed. In addition the Area Manager will visit your premises throughout the week.

Scheduling of Work
A specification cleaning program will be agreed at the time of quote and the cleaning activities and frequencies will be utilized to control and monitor the cleaning specification within your buildings.

Check Lists and Weekly Reports
Daily check lists will be provided to the supervisor, further to this, a weekly reporting system will be instigated. It will be a printed duplicate system with copies available for your Management upon request. This will ensure attention to detail and total control within the specification

Services
The standard of cleanliness of premises reflects directly on the organization or business and the services it provides to its customers and clients. Dirty premises often reflect poor service, low staff morale and that's a FACT. Courtesy Calls
Courtesy calls to our clients are frequent to give you the opportunity to raise any concerns. This allows for constant communication between you the client and us the service provider.

Alpha Cleanse can provide you with a comprehensive daily or weekly cleaning program for your premises. The program can be tailored to your particular requirements and may include some or all of the routines mentioned in the cleaning programs section.
